Australia is a founding member and sixth largest shareholder in the newly formed Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

Australia has an exposure of up to $3.6 billion in the AIIB, public money which can be used to fund a host of infrastructure-related projects through the bank.

The bank is currently developing its energy policy and has kept the door open to financing new coal power stations. Take action using the form on this page to contact the AIIB before the 3rd of March and tell the bank the need to rule out old polluting coal!
